The process involves transferring TON from the user's wallet to complete the transaction. Buyers can personalize their gifts with custom messages before sending them to recipients.

For selling gifts, sellers can use the bot @giftrelayer, set a price, and receive the proceeds after a sale. The platform’s interface handles the entire process, including the automatic transfer of NFTs to ensure secure transactions.
If a seller needs to cancel a sale, they can do it with an option. Canceling returns the gift but includes a fee of 0.2 TON (25 Stars), charged by Telegram for the transfer.
