TON Awards 2022
TON Awards 2022 was a significant event for developers and participants of TON community. The primary goal of TON Awards was to recognize developers who actively contributed to the development of TON Ecosystem by creating applications and implementing new technological solutions. During the event, TON community was introduced to projects and developers who made the most significant contributions to the creation of open-source projects for the Ecosystem. TON Awards 2022 was held online and attracted many participants from around the world.
The purpose of the awards was to highlight the best non-commercial projects developed within TON Ecosystem over the past year. This event complemented the existing grant programs from TON Foundation.
Organizers and Sponsors
TON Awards 2022 was organized by TON Foundation team with the support of developers from TON and leading partners such as Orbs Network. The sponsors of the event awarded prizes in the form of TON tokens to the winners in various categories, motivated developers and teams to continue working on projects that contribute to the growth of the decentralized network.

The total prize pool amounted to 301,920 TON, which was distributed among the winners. Among the awarded projects were both development tools and blockchain applications:

Anatoly Makosov personally allocated 112,000 USD to tonscan.org team. Additionally, Anatoly Makosov and Kirill Emelyanenko donated 112,000 USD to the Disintar team from their own funds.
All of these projects were chosen for their contributions to the Ecosystem, innovations, and impact on TON community.
Impact on the Community
TON Awards 2022 event demonstrated the importance of supporting innovation within the blockchain community. The winners and participants laid the foundation for further TON development, and the event itself can be considered a key milestone for the entire Ecosystem.
