History
The idea behind SmartDeer's creation stemmed from the increasing globalization of the workforce and the growing demand for efficient, compliant, and streamlined HR solutions that could operate across multiple Geo locations. SmartDeer launched in 2021, offering a robust HR service system to simplify the complexity of global HR operations. The company was incubated by Trustbridge Partners and has received investments from Welight Capital, WeWork, and Hash Global.
The company team comprises over 150 employees from diverse backgrounds.

SmartDeer is also available to users directly on Telegram through the Telegram Mini App (TMA) platform to enable Web3 users connect with the robust Web2 ecosystem. The mini app has a slightly different design approach compared with the mobile app, with a focus on streamlining opportunities and integrating a reward system to keep the Web3 user engaged. And unlike the Web and mobile platform, the SmartDeer mini app requires minimal requirements for registration, providing a hassle free onboarding for users. The user only needs to connect their TON wallet to get started.
