MyTonWallet
MyTonWallet is a decentralized self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet for The Open Network founded in 2022. It’s available for any device ranging from his PC, Tablet, cell phones, and operating systems such as Windows, IOs, Android. The user has exclusive control over his funds. MyTonWallet allows multiple accounts, it is multifunctional and apart from storing and sending Toncoin token, also allows users to manage tokens like Jettons, NFT.
By installing this wallet users can connect their browser to The Open Network, enjoy additional features like interactive price charts, address book, anti-spam filters. It also gives links to third party services like CoinMarketCap and Tonscan.
This wallet is used in many countries, non-custodial and secure. The developers only maintain the wallet and in no case have access to user’s funds, browser history or any other information other than their part of development and maintenance.
Developed in open source, the source code for MyTonWallet is available on GitHub.
Although TON already had the Tonkeeper wallet, MyTonWallet was developed to offer more functionalities.

Development and Evolution
The wallet has undergone significant development, as evidenced by its two latest versions
- V6, released in July 2023, introduces the ability to send comments on transactions, features a new user-friendly design, includes browser extensions, allows access to websites, and facilitates trading with other tokens.
- V7, released this year, introduces functionality for atomic exchanges between different blockchains, enabling exchanges with other cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, and LTC. Additionally, smartphone apps have been developed to support the wallet on operating systems like Android and iOS. New browser extensions have also been introduced, along with a feature to predict the price of Toncoin.
Installation Guide
From their website users can install the wallet on various devices and operating systems, they can choose the one that suits them best.
How to install MyTonWallet on a PC under Windows environment
- Select the option "Get for Windows" (it would be convenient to stop antivirus to perform the installation);
- Selecting download for Windows will automatically start the MyTonwallet application download.
- When running the application in administrator mode, select install, once it is running select finish.
- Select create wallet and enter the password, follow the instructions and the wallet is almost ready, select «continue». Accept the conditions and select «copy».
- Now it is at this point where it will give the recovery phrase, 24 words will be displayed.
- To finish the installation, users will be asked to confirm 3 words of the security seed phrase, after entering them the wallet will be ready to operate.
