Mobile is an eSIM store hosted as a Telegram Mini App (TMA) designed to ease the process of buying and using eSIMs on compatible devices. Users can easily acquire eSIMs for travel and home use in 150+ supported countries across the globe.

An embedded sim (eSIM) is a digital SIM card integrated into a device equipped with all the functionalities of a physical SIM. Additionally, eSIMs purchased on Mobile do not have cellular service and can only be used for internet purposes.

History

The Mobile platform was introduced to TON community on June 9, 2022. Initially available in 58 countries, Mobile is now operating over 150 countries and continues to expand. As one of few eSIM vendors currently available through the TMA platform, Mobile serves to bridge the technical gap to provide eSIM services to Web3 users on Telegram. The platform has been audited by Telegram and currently retains a verified checkmark.

Diverse payment options – Users can purchase eSIMs on mobile with fiat (using their bank cards), cryptocurrency (Toncoin, USDT), or Telegram native currency (Telegram Stars).
Built in VPN service – Purchased eSIMs are automatically connected to a VPN service to grant users full access to foreign services without geographical restrictions.

eSIM Purchase and Management

To purchase an eSIM on Mobile, users interact with the Mobile app on Telegram. Users can purchase eSIMs that work globally, in specific regions, or within a particular country through the following steps:

Select a bundle according to desired geolocation
Choose preferred Subscription type
Make required payment through desired channel
Subscriptions management is available in the «Account – My eSIMs» tab

Purchased eSIMs are compatible with devices that support the eSIM technology. A record of all active and expired eSIM subscription is available there.
