ArcTida is the first decentralized state in TON Ecosystem. It positions itself as the beginning of a highly organized society, where technological innovation is combined with the principles of social justice and ecological responsibility, and economic prosperity is achieved through harmonizing technological progress with ecological balance.

Its mission is to use technology and innovation to ensure individual freedom and create conditions for citizens to thrive in harmony with nature.

Origins of ArcTida

At its core lies the hypothesis that the power of a materialist paradigm of thought has reached the limits of its applicability. Social stratification, international conflicts, ecological crises, and other global issues are exacerbated by ineffective traditional governance and non-transparent resource distribution.

Environmental issues:

  • According to the WWF (World Wildlife Fund), only about 25% of wild animals remain on Earth.
  • At the current rate of deforestation, global forests could be nearly wiped out by 2050.
  • The International Whaling Commission estimates that only 1.5M whales remain. Their population has declined by 70% over the past century. Whale excrement supports the life of phytoplankton, which produces most of the oxygen that Earth's inhabitants breathe.

Thus, disrupting these biological chains threatens oxygen-based life itself.

In addition to species extinction, humanity faces the following challenges:

  • Climate catastrophe
  • Power usurpation by officials, election fraud
  • Spreading hostility based on religion or ethnicity
  • Wars and international conflicts
  • Restriction of individual rights and freedoms
  • Information propaganda
  • Governments losing their primary function — to improve the well-being of citizens

The state is an idea that organizes the world, a form of social strategy that channels public consciousness into a creative process — the foundation of prosperity and active security. A marker of a healthy and secure state is conscience.
(Alexander Subbotin, «The State, Social Evolution, and Economic Growth»)

The ArcTida project, enabled by the fast and scalable TON blockchain and Telegram's billion-strong user base, offers a solution to these issues by creating a decentralized state.

Project founders believe that the foundation of such a state is an individual’s pursuit of inner integrity and desire to live by conscience. A state made up of people with this level of awareness needs no laws. ArcTida's mission is to help grow collective consciousness to a level sufficient for humanity to continue its evolutionary path.

ArcTida offers an alternative model of self-governance based on decentralization, transparency, and inclusive participation from all citizens.

Principles of ArcTida

Visualization of life in ArcTida
  • Digital citizenship: digital passports instead of bureaucracy
  • An economy rooted in public benefit and preservation of global diversity
  • Reputation backed by action replaces nepotism and «connections»
  • Open spaces in Telegram instead of closed structures — anyone can start contributing
  • A welcoming community for anyone who shares its core values
  • A new identity that transcends national, religious, and political divisions
  • Reputation as currency, labor as investment, technology as self-expression

In ArcTida, life is envisioned as:

  1. Accessible citizenship
  2. Peace and security
  3. Accessible healthcare
  4. Free education
  5. An innovative society
  6. Clean air and clean water
  7. Living in harmony with Earth

Opportunities for ArcTida Citizens

  1. Transparency and security. Full transparency of governance through TON blockchain infrastructure: citizens can track budget expenditures and electoral processes in real time, eliminating corruption and manipulation.
  2. Economic freedom. Use of cryptocurrency and issuance of a native stablecoin reduce transaction costs, eliminate intermediaries, and ensure instant, secure payments.
  3. Decentralized democracy (DAO). Citizens can directly vote on laws, reforms, and social initiatives with minimal bureaucracy. Users can also create their own DAO.
  4. Easy onboarding for businesses. Favorable conditions for startups: simplified registration and support via TON blockchain.
  5. Fair voting. Elections and referenda held on-chain — anonymous, fraud-resistant, with instant result verification.
  6. Digital citizenship. Obtain ArcTida residency remotely without the need to physically relocate — ensuring global mobility.
  7. Innovative education. Free access to online learning and early integration into technological projects.
  8. Control over personal data. Cryptographic protection of personal information: citizens decide who can access and use their data, preventing unauthorized monetization.
  9. Transparent philanthropy. Blockchain platforms for social initiatives: from tracking donations to verifying outcomes, ensuring each contribution creates measurable impact.
  10. Environmental responsibility. Adoption of green blockchain solutions, support for ecological initiatives, energy projects, and waste recycling.

How to Obtain Citizenship

ArcTida citizenship passport

Anyone can become a citizen of ArcTida by purchasing a digital passport in SBT (Soulbound Token) format, which is permanently tied to the user's wallet.

The ArcTida NFT collection consists of unique digital passports that grant holders access to governance, exclusive privileges, and Ecosystem development opportunities.

Each NFT passport has a unique number. In the future, ArcTida’s governing body will link each passport to its holder via a reputation badge.

The cost of an ArcTida digital passport starts at 18 $TON.

Governance

ArcTida initiators

ArcTida’s core decision-making body (the Council of Elders) is expected to form from the project's initiators and thought leaders. This circle of admins — the foundation of the «tribe» — consists of individuals capable of making the most strategic and responsible decisions for ArcTida. The Council of Elders will define the project’s vision and priority development areas.

Any citizen is eligible to apply for a seat in the Council. If approved by an on-chain majority vote of the elders, they may join the Council.

Current Tasks and Citizen Initiatives

State Status

Negotiations are underway with representatives of the Antarctic Micronations Union (AMU) to establish ArcTida as a recognized state.

The Antarctic Micronational Union (AMU) is an organization that unites virtual states with territorial claims in Antarctica (Wikipedia)

Ecology

Restoring aquatic Ecosystems is a global challenge that requires a comprehensive and cooperative approach.

Black Sea cleanup project

In June 2025, the Architec.ton team — one of the first projects to join ArcTida — actively participated in cleaning up the Black Sea after a global disaster involving the spill of 9,000 tons of fuel oil from two tankers that sank during a storm.

Education

ArcTida continues building its core team of educators — experts who share knowledge and experience with citizens, either voluntarily or supported by donations.

Participants already include Zero Touch (an entry-level IT and product thinking space), Ruslan Gretsky (founder of Popcorn Capitals), and others.

Communications

An internal communication structure is being developed and improved within Telegram. Every citizen is welcome to join discussions on topics where they feel confident and can bring value to the community.
