Education and Professional Experience
Alexey Toropov graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration (2017–2021). He later continued his education at Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov, earning a master's degree in «Information Security» in 2023.
This knowledge and expertise laid the foundation for his career in digital technologies and community management.
Since joining TON Society CIS, Alexey has been leading initiatives to strengthen and expand TON Ecosystem in CIS countries. He organizes events, collaborates with partners and users, coordinates TON ambassadors, and maintains engagement in online communities, helping to solidify TON’s position in the market.
His responsibilities include organizing local and international events, collaborating with external partners, and making strategic decisions regarding the ecosystem’s development in the CIS region. A crucial part of his role involves creating educational content and participating in user training and awareness efforts about TON’s platform capabilities.
